David Berg

David Berg handles all aspects of litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Berg was associated with a premier Long Island litigation firm.

Mr. Berg received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. He was also a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review. After graduating law school Mr. Berg worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York where he prosecuted criminal cases from inception through trial.

Abraham David is a partner at Berg & David PLLC, specializing in foreclosure defense, commercial litigation, and appellate practice. As a seasoned litigator with extensive trial experience, Mr. David has procured numerous favorable verdicts. Mr. David has previously practiced commercial litigation in large Manhattan and Long Island law firms.

Mr. David received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review, and was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.

Sholom Wohlgelernter

Sholom Wohlgelernter is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on foreclosure defense, complex commercial litigation matters, and real estate disputes. Sholom has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting and answering pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, appeals, and settlements.

Prior to joining Berg & David PLLC, Sholom was an associate at a large national law firm where he represented mortgage lenders and servicers in contested foreclosure actions and title curative matters in New York State Courts. Sholom received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
